Yes. Enter your email address and phone number and you get a one-time account number to pay into by bank transfer. The account number is valid for 30 minutes, and your subscription is activated as soon as your transfer is confirmed. Your receipt is sent to your email.
Your DStv and StarTimes smartcard number is printed on the smartcard and on a sticker on your decoder. Your GOtv IUC number is on the sticker under your GOtv decoder. You can also find it in your decoder's information menu.
Your subscription is sent to your provider as soon as your payment is confirmed. If your channels have not come back after a few minutes, leave your decoder on and tuned to a channel, and contact our support team with your transaction ID if it still does not update.
Yes. Wallet payments are approved with your 4-digit transaction PIN, the account name is confirmed before you pay, and bank transfers are verified with the bank before your subscription is activated.
Yes. You get an email receipt for every successful payment, and you can download a PDF receipt from the payment page. With an account, all your transactions are saved in your transaction history, where you can search and filter them.
